Teresa made the experience a 10/10. Smooth move in with communication along the way.
Unfortunately my upstairs neighbors are disrespectful about any quiet times or moving normal in their apartment. I wish I would’ve knows how lightly dimmed the ceilings/upstairs flooring is. Management is trying to help with the issue though. Other than that, my move in experience was great and the staff is always super friendly. The property is clean and the apartments are wonderful. From the time we first walked in to just ask questions, we felt at.home. Theresa was so welcoming and showed us around. We are now in for the 4th day and slowly making progress. But once we get everything where we think it should go we will relax and enjoy everything. Love the apartment and the entire community. Recommend it highly.
I’m extremely frustrated with this place. The noise level is absolutely ridiculous. You can hear every single argument from the neighbors as if they’re happening inside your own apartment. To make things worse, our neighbor has been unbelievably inconsiderate, blasting heavy metal music in the morning. It’s completely unacceptable and shows no respect for anyone living here.
