Wow. amazing how bad this has gotten in recent years. I used to be a regular. got to the check in desk asked to wait because someone came back In after forgetting all of their id and so on. made me wait with my sad sleeping toddlers. attempted to charge me over $100 more per night than quoted plus the cost of fold out bed. Rooms have not been updated in the last 10 years. they charge more in person than booking.com and the no longer do complementary intercontinental breakfast. if your spending this sort of money, treat yours... read more
Service was excellent and the room looked good on the surface but hadn't been cleaned properly and smelt damp. Aircon wouldn't work from the room control and I had to ask reception to turn it on. Likely a contributer to the damp smell. Two older Tesla destination chargers on site which is good.
