Booked for 1 adult 2 children yet the room only had two towels, there was rubbish on the floor, the dishwasher was still loaded from the last person that stayed, the shower seal had broken so sprayed water everywhere and the blanket was in the cupboard in the kitchen. Got to breakfast and was told there was only 1 voucher not two so had to resolve that. I got in after midnight and out by 9am. Made a very late booking just before 12am. Fortunately the staff that was on that night was very helpful and made the whole experience easy as I was so tired. Clean room nice big bed.
