Our favorite building to rent in OCMD. But owners - PLEASE switch away from Vacasa! We actually switched to rent in another building this year(after a good decade of renting exclusively at GG) (even though you had available listings) because we have been so unhappy with their service on multiple occasions.
Wonderful place and vacation!
We have been coming here for Bike Week for years. This is a high-quality place with great views. From the patio, you can see the ocean and the main drag.

A gorgeous building with incredibly friendly staff! It's immaculately maintained and situated in prime OC oceanfront location. Spectacular views and amenities!
