I can’t express enough how much we loved living at Gateway Chastain. Tiara, David, and Zach went above and beyond for our family. Gateway is where we brought our son home for the first time, where he took his first steps, and where we’ll always remember as our first home together. Absolutely the worst experience of my life at an apartment. Following signing a lease they told me 8 days before move in that I couldn’t move in as a squatter was in my unit. After a ton of fighting and $3k in moving cost (as I had to move twice) the manager told me I couldnt share my experience with residents when asked. My experience was beyond tainted by the awful manager and staff in addition to a damaged unit.
Samantha was amazing. She was a pleasure to tour the property with. Actually took the time to show me all of my options. I will be renting here due to her professionalism and charisma.
Gateway Chastain has been incredible so far. Moved in this month with no issues; thanks, David! Great amenities, dog-friendly, attentive staff, and an unbeatable location. Additionally, there is minimal noise from my specific apartment.
Gateway Chastain has the BEST maintenance team in the world. They are fast but thorough and so kind.
