Very friendly people on the staff. Helpful and professional. Maintenance people are responsive and do good work. Location works well, lots of grocery stores and shops nearby. Walking distance to Chastain Park.
I love The Gateway. From the Mgt to maintenance people everyone is great and really keeps up the place The main issue I have and not with Gateway is just how some people who visit or live here think they can do whatever they want. Park in others reserved spot. Not pick up dog poop. Leave their trash anywhere. I wasn’t raised like that and people should take pride and act like adults. Also there are threats of fines or punishments but never follow through. All in all this is a great place
