My experience so far here has been absolutely outstanding, starting with Samantha who helped me find the perfect apartment for me, everyone at resident services, and Bobby who’s quick, kind, and expert in fixing everything on the day of requesting service.
I absolutely love these apartments. Not just for the Starbucks killer coffee machine that saves me money or the great fireplace by the pool in the winter. It’s not even the two gym spaces each open 24 hours or the study lounges. It’s the staff, the front office is the nicest group and we all feel like a family. Shout out to Grace with the Events!
The fire alarms are constantly going off, most of the time between the hours of 11pm-4 am. The alarm rings for no shorter than 20 minutes every time it goes off and once it turns off it goes off 1 or 2 more times before it finally shuts off. The issue does not seem to be isolated as it has happened 5-6 times in the 30 days.
