I owned a unit here between 2016 and 2024. Despite cashing out in the end after a stellar bull run, this place is a masterclass in disappointment: paper-thin walls, noisy elevators, and a terrible neighbor one level above. You're not really paying for a condominium so much as buying front-row tickets to your neighbors' entire lives. Sure, location is the tatas. But if deterioration, noise pollution, and living with 600+ other units are your thing... congratulations -- you've found paradise.
I've rented an apartment here for the past year and a half and it's been a great experience for the most part. Pros: - Apartment Floor Plans: rectangular / normal floor plans go a long way, compared to the newer complexes that have annoying diagonally slanted walls. - Rental Price: typically much lower than the other apartments in the area since each unit has their own private landlord.
