I just moved here but overheard the neighbors talk about moving away like they're escaping. I think this will probably be a short stay, which is too bad because I actually do like the condo and neighborhood. Not very walkable but very accessible to major highways. Dumb staff that seems to be the norm in condos regardless of the apartment, condo, or location. They are only open a few days a week but make it clear they are busy hanging out. I had to go three or four times during their open hours just to find someone.
Place is well maintained and a lot of amenities. Pool area is like a tropical paradise and the people are friendly and kind. Close to shops and downtown DC. Free Club House use and work out gym. Highly recommend this community.
