UPDATE: Recently I contacted them again and I would like to highlight the speed of response when requesting a maintenance repair from employees Daniel and Camilo, the quality of the work performed, and the attention to detail. I moved two months ago, we are delighted with the place, it is very quiet, excellent location, several establishments close to home. In addition, the service is phenomenal, our requests are attended to promptly and efficiently, they make it possible to keep the place beautiful.
The Gates of Allen Station Apartment community is a treasure of a place. It’s clean, peaceful, and well run with a top-tier staff. The way it’s placed - nestled like a sanctuary within trees, as well as the convenience of HEB…this is a rare find I feel like everyone looking for a home should know about.
