Dr. Chung is great and I don’t have an issue booking timely appointments!
Goodluck making an appointment to see your family doctor. Tried calling multiple times on different days, one day I've sat here calling in excess of 15 times over the hour and am unable to reach any receptionists. I am not sure if they employee receptionists based on how difficult it is to reach someone here.
My GP (Dr Chung) is FANTASTIC. Clerical staff are chronically UNDERstaffed, so expect comms roadblocks. 'Clinic' business policies stress Outside-CHA 'services', taking service time AWAY from medical staff and CHA-OHIP patients. Caveat emptor as a result. Protest CHA undermining by direct contact with your MP, or ethical concerns with CPSO.
Gates Medical is the best doctor's office ever. They are always on time with your appointments and never leave you sitting for hours and waiting! The doctors are kind and knowledgeable. Willing to see you immediately if you have an immediate concern. I've been going there ever since I was a kid and am not switching anytime soon!
This is the best medical place that I have ever been too . Been going there about 7 years now and never been so happy. They follow up with you return phone calls All the staff are great . A special thank you to Dr Harper . Keep up the great work.
