Been living here Since June and love it . It’s quiet and Management Is very friendly & down to earth. Location is perfect . Just 15 minutes away from Parkdale mall . Highly recommend.

I’ve lived here 6 months. My apartment is very spacious and clean. I’ve been very happy living here. The management is great.
I’m moving to the area from west Texas and needed a place to call home, Property manager heard me out and took the time to show me units break down pricing and answered all of my questions. Thanks to their property management I’ll be new to The Gates Community later on this month and am very excited.
