I’ve lived here 6 months. My apartment is very spacious and clean. I’ve been very happy living here. The management is great.
I’m moving to the area from west Texas and needed a place to call home, Property manager heard me out and took the time to show me units break down pricing and answered all of my questions. Thanks to their property management I’ll be new to The Gates Community later on this month and am very excited.
The gates at sour lake are a great community I went to visit a family member and she said the property manager Amy is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents and the fur babies and that the community has improved since she started! I had a few questions cause I’m looking to move at the end of the year and the staff is friendly, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile. I came in a looking for a last minute move and after talking to the staff and the manager I was very pleased with how I was taken care of and welcomed in. Amy was so attentive and answered all my questions and you can just see she and her team work together.
