I live in the The Gates-I purchased my home in 2022 from the builder. This is my second DR Horton home. I have no complaints about the purchase process. The onsite staff worked well with my realtor. My issues really surround the quality of the homes. As I mentioned, I lived in a DR Horton home previously. I would say that the quality of that home was questionable but acceptable.
