We had fantastic support from Ido from the gate doctor. We had an annoying problem that a few other companies could not got it fixed and we got a bit frustrated. Ido came and did some deep thinking and found the solution therefore we are very grateful. Highly recommended A+
Our experience with Omri from the Gate Doctor was excellent. We had 3 different gates and wanted specific solutions for each one, Omri was able to provide us with good options. He showed up on time and gave us updates throughout, and stayed late to finish the job and tidy up. I hope we won’t need them again soon, but we won’t hesitate to hire them again if we do.
Recently I engaged The Gate Doctor services to service my gate and also replace the key pad. On their first visit the service was good but the interaction with the technician was not that great. I was asked to clean the key pad myself as there were ants inside the keypad and the technician did not want to put his hand in there. I decided to not to call them next time. Great service from The Gate Doctor. I just needed a new remote but Ido went out of his way to make sure it was delivered quickly and full programming instructions were included. Very happy customer!
In replying if txt below: We will get Consumer Protection involved - Product Warranty Act. And collect other social media feedback and evidence. Such an arrogant feedback we fully disagree to be a customer. The fact is you installed the new part only few weeks and now blame the insects, what a great answer! Few weeks and this part designed outdoor use, ask your customers how often they did every month cleaning their gate controller box, our neighbors none of them did in their life for this specific purpose.
