I wanted to let everyone know what a great company that The Gate Doctor in Cumming is to us. I have had an electronic gate on my property installed by the Gate Doctor for over 20 years. They are experts in both installation and maintenance. I had a problem with battery replacement three months ago and they were here the next day. I recently had a keypad problem, called and they were here to install a new keypad in two days. The Gate Doctor installed an upgrade to our POA gate and it failed the very first day. Three weeks later, after dozens of phone calls, text messages, and emails, The Gate Doctor admitted the equipment they installed was defective, but refused to send a technician to repair/replace. They also refused to refund our money. We had to sue in small claims , but agreed to mediation and recovered the cost of the defective equipment and all court costs. Stay away from this company. No show appointments for repair. Very unreliable! Poor customer service! No telephone call backs as promised. Worse communication! Just a bunch of rude people! I don't trust them. Don't be fooled by the responding owner that I am not a customer. I have been but won't in the future. Guaranteed!
