I really like going to this gastrologist I see Brittany. She's very good and understanding especially when I have gastroparesis so give them a chance. They are great
Untrustworthy & unprofessional facility. Receptionists and staff act like highschool teenagers. 1st: Staff refused to do the job of sending over prescription promptly and accurately, appt was missed and had to be rescheduled after primary doctor had to call to get results. 2nd: After procedure, waited for phone response only to receive letter they attempted to call. If i could give 0 stars i would. I want to tell everyone about the incompetence that I experienced today. I am beyond mad. Several weeks ago I had an appointment at The Northeast ohio gastro center on route 14. The first appointment i was there 3 hours. mostly waiting. I saw the physician assistant and really liked her. Dear Management I have now had three appointments at one of your offices, and each time I have waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time just to be taken back. Today my appointment was at 11:15 AM, and it is now 12:31 PM, and I am still sitting in the waiting room. It is now 1:12pm and I'm still waiting to see the DR.
