I paid $500 upfront, which insurance later covered in full. Despite their written confirmation a month ago that a refund check would be issued, I have not received it. Poor billing practices and no follow-through on commitments.
I paid upfront $500 and insurance covered 100%. But they don't like to refund it. I called them at least 50 times and my insurance also called them to refund for the last two years. Very worst billing department.
Frontera the beginning to the end the staff was very nice. I hace seen Doctor Blosser in the past. The procedure was quink and everythine sentido as planet.
It was the best experience in my life. Both Dr. Blosser and the entire staff were very friendly. I lost 90 kilos and my life changed completely. Very good professionals. I recommend them, thank you very much.
Due to my work schedule I canceled my appointment twice but 2 days before the appointment. I called and was told to fill out on line forms which I did. Called twice and ended up with the voice mail. Never heard from anyone. Just called and a live person answered and said I was black listed for cancelation of my appointments and in order to reactivate me as a paying patient I would have to pay $300.00.
