Very disappointed. I had a colonoscopy in late September. I don't have insurance, so they charge me $2500 " everything included". A month later received 2 different invoice from the colonoscopy. I'm calling the office so I can talk to somebody about it and NOBODY ANSWER. All the offices. Nobody answers. Just the voice mail. From the colonoscopy the follow up appointment was through phone and says everything is fine but in the " notes" from the call says I have moderate diverticulitis. Like nothing make sense. If I could give 0 stars I would. First off I went there because I have crohn's disease. I have had it for 20 plus years with few problems and no meds. Over the last year I have started having problems and wanted to find out what was going on and what medication would be the right start for me. They sent me for blood work and a MRI. The place they sent me to for the test didnt even perform that kind of test. This is Aymen Alshammari. I had bad experience I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The doctor told me the cost would be between $30 and $50, but I ended up receiving a bill for $260 — which is unacceptable. When I asked about it, the lady at the front office said “okay,” but no one actually helped me fix the issue. I felt ignored and misled. This is not how patients should be treated.
