I wanted to share the excellent experience I had dealing with the GVC Real Estate Team at Douglass Elliman. I worked with John, Daniel and Jessica to sell my condo. Once listed, the team promptly coordinated all aspects of the process including photos, video, staging. They worked tirelessly and conducted open houses and showings until we were in contract. They even handled the final walk through items. I would only with this team in the future.
I have had many experiences buying and selling Real Estate. My experience with the GVC Real Estate team was by far the best. They were honest and very experienced from start to finish. They handled everything, from the listing, pictures, to staging the Apt. For us. They were able to make recommendations and service providers to paint, clean and get the Apartment ready. We did not need to do much. I highly highly recommend the whole John Gadaska team at Douglas Elliman.
