This company failed to produce a legible gas safety certificate. My letting agents emailed, sent letters, phoned and raised a complaint with the gas regulator. His failure to produce a suitable and readable copy of the certificate stopped a court eviction in its tracks. The failed eviction has now led to thousands of pounds worth of damage by the tenant.
