This is the worst place I have ever worked. The organization is run by a cruel despot and her droogs and sycophants, and anyone who questions anything is abruptly fired. The Gary Residence is not a good place to work nor is it trustworthy place to send your loving aged ones. The quality of care is substandard and the RN, Olivia Peterson, is an anxious coward who hides behind stacks of paperwork when her staff need help or have questions about the care of a client.
