I’ve enjoyed my time at the Garrison. The property manager was Top Tier! If I ever had any complaints or issues he’d respond right away. I noticed how tirelessly he works on the property. He was always out and about assisting people’s concerns. He made my stay there wonderful. I’d move back without hesitation! Thank you Mr. Osborn. Keep servicing the people and property the way that you do. 💯💯💯💯
Do NOT move here. I repeat, DO NOT move here! This place had SO much potential. When we moved in, in 2021, the property was nice. You can tell the property manager Jaime was working hard to keep the place clean and safe. However, she left shortly after we moved in and we got some new chick by the name of Rae who ran the property into the ground! She allowed any and everyone to move in without properly vetting them.
