I toured the Garrison with the property manager, Tinesha Bailey. She was very kind and professional and answered all of my questions. She made "The Garrison" feel like a great place to call home.
I had a great experience touring with Talia. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making sure she took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place to call home.
This place is disgusting and there's poor management of complex! The building was supposed to be a secured building and management was not concerned or attempted to fix the broken door security system? A guy is dealing drugs out of the building, out in the parking lot and under the garage!!! A car blew up and busted into flames in the parking lot, fire engines put out the hugh flames!!! My family lived at this property for about a year and a half and moved out in October 2025. As others have mentioned, Michael was always kind and professional. However, it was often very difficult to reach anyone in the office for weeks at a time. Since moving out, our experience has been extremely disappointing. It has now been nearly six months, and we have not received any move-out documentation or formal written communication regarding the status of our account.
