Leasing agents are nice and friendly, maintenance is quick to solve issues brought up, and leasing agents are often calling to make sure everything got fixed
I toured the Garrison with the property manager, Tinesha Bailey. She was very kind and professional and answered all of my questions. She made "The Garrison" feel like a great place to call home.
I had a great experience touring with Talia. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making sure she took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place to call home.
This place is disgusting and there's poor management of complex! The building was supposed to be a secured building and management was not concerned or attempted to fix the broken door security system? A guy is dealing drugs out of the building, out in the parking lot and under the garage!!! A car blew up and busted into flames in the parking lot, fire engines put out the hugh flames!!!
