Im known as EMPEROR CARNELL from Gary,Indiana. New to the downtown area and alone with family only so far, but second home to El Paso over 20 years! Came Thursday Night Karaoke and had a blast! Everything from the moment I walked in was on point Employees and food, DJ/karaoke R&B The icing on the cake is the beautiful owner came out and recognized every table and guests Will definitely recommend and be back
