Had very good experience here staff was helpful and friendly. Dr.Kaiser was direct and informative of my condition answered all my question.
Dr Kaiser is great! But getting the office to send out requests for supplies approvals is terrible. The girls will tell you they will take care of it now, but it never happens.
I was recently in the hospital with my mom. Dr. Kaiser was very good about explaining things to us and answering our questions. Did she candy coat or beat around the bush no. She was very blunt and straight forward and that’s what I like in a dr. She was very patient with my mom and us. I very much appreciated that. Very professional.
She doesn't have any concern for anyone that is over weight or smokes. If I could have given her a lower rating I most assuredly would have.
