Very Rude overnight lady
The building is beautiful, the staff are responsive & attentive, and love the community feel here. Been here 2 years and am leaving this review so hopefully the owners of the building realize that they need to address tenants living here that face the Moxy hotel. Since it's gone up, anyone on the side of building facing it is faced with loud music every Thurs-Sun (sometimes more) during the day AND nighttimes (it's a busy hotel) from May-October...6 months almost. I just moved back to NYC and stayed the weekend at my friend’s apartment @ 146 S 4th. Beautiful apartment but the rooftop bar across from it was obnoxiously loud until after 3 am every night. I’m looking closer to the water in a quieter building.
The building is right next to the Moxy hotel. The music is ridiculously loud Wed-Sun 11am to 4am. It’s unlivable. The windows in the building are very cheap and many have lost their vacuum seal.
