My name and room number was used by another guest for a breakfast amount of $50 and yet I was not believed when I said it wasn’t me. My integrity was questioned and it was only after signatures were verified that this problem was solved. It took 15-20 minutes of my personal time to figure this out and made me late to my own event. I was told that they weren't sure it was me because it was my name and my room number on the bill. All I got was an apology and nothing else.
