I moved into the Garfield 2 months ago and I am so happy I made this move. I had really tired of all the things that go with home ownership and decided to "consider" a move. When you own a home it feels like it costs you nothing to live there so why would you move somewhere you have to pay rent. This place is wonderful and awesome! Being it is independent living allows seniors the opportunity and privilege to continue in a self sustaining and valued way by which they can make their own decisions. The remodeling of the school into 1 or 2 bedroom apartments was done beautifully to accommodate seniors that might need walking aids. They are sharp with new fully equipped kitchens, washing machine and dryer, and spacious rooms.
