A few staff members are great but there is a high turnover and it seems caring, friendly staff don't stay very long; other staff are extremely bitter. Residents are not typically allowed to be outside on nice days (I've witnessed a resident meltdown from being denied); resident activities are posted on display but are not actually done; Resident Rights are violated regularly.
