I recently moved my sister from a group home into The Gardens of Scottsdale at a time when there was a transition to new ownership. I concur with many of the positive reviews submitted earlier to this transition. The 'Gardens' is clean, and the food is good, and with many selections at each meal (this was important to my sister - a foodie - who had little choice in the group home). I have been visiting my father-in-law at his home in the Gardens of Scottsdale for a while now. Each time I visit him in memory care there is always a fun activity, conversation or social gathering going on. I truly appreciate seeing the staff treat everyone like family. Thank you Gardens of Scottsdale for the great care!
My Father has been a resident at the Gardens of Scottsdale for almost two years now. From day one, the staff at the Gardens gave my Father the utmost care and respect as a person living with alzheimer's. I continue to feel that he is happy, healthy and safe, when I visit him weekly. More than 18 months ago when I met the folks at The Gardens of Scottsdale I was given a tour of the facility which I found to be very homey and comfortable. Now, after having worked with the staff in their processes of caring for the elderly lady I am in charge of I must say I am still quite pleased. The caregivers all have a genuine caring attitude about the clients there and it shows. We moved our mother to the Gardens of Scottsdale about a month ago. She is doing so well, going to activities as well down for meals. The staff are amazing, very engaged and caring When our mom arrived on her “move in day” they “rolled out the Blue Carpet to welcome her”. The staff were there to clap and welcome her!. It made all of us feel we made the right decision! Mom was so surprised and happy! Thank you so much for taking such loving care of our mother!
