We had a TERRIBLE experience with The Gardens. The physical plant is nice enough (new, well appointed) but if your loved one needs hands on care this is not the place for you. There was simply not enough staff to handle the demands of the clients there - phones and alarms rang constantly. Dad sat in his wheelchair for hours on end We often found his laundry piled in his closet reeking of urine. If you're looking at putting a beloved family member here, I would think long and hard about it.
