We used The Gardens Factory for a couple of residential jobs in 2023. The first was removal and re-planting of a tree, removal of plants and tree trimming. The service provided was fine, was done within the promised timeframe and Fernando was responsive and friendly throughout. Soon after, we hired them to remove more plants and install new sod in the yard. Unfortunately this was a disaster. In removing the plants they damaged the irrigation pipes.
