The Gardens at West Maui is a wonderful place to stay. We loved the location-being in the Napili area was so convenient and beautiful. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We did run into a minor issue with a broken AC unit in one of our rooms, but the staff was excellent and quickly moved us to another room the following day. This place was “fine.” Not great, but not bad either. Simply middle of the road. Provided everything we needed, but just not the resort we’d hoped for in Maui.

Somewhat dated rooms and furniture but that is offset by the location (across the street and 5 minute walk from the beach), friendly staff (Lisa, JoJo, and Jerhan), price, and beautiful clean pool.

What a great experience from check in to check out, this place is well located, close to best beaches, activities, surf places, scuba diving. The hotel is like an apartment, with all the commodities that you need to make your stay be comfortable and enjoy your vacation trouble free, plenty of parking. Mss Lisa, the lady in the front desk is the most professional and gentle person in the world, I can continue talking about my great experience in this place all day.
