I scheduled an appointment with the office hoping to see a primary care physician. The week before my appointment I received daily emails and texts from this office reminding me if my appointment. They also scheduled a Medicare Wellness exam for me on their own. They instructed me when to arrive and what to bring with me. They asked me to check in online before my arrival. This place appears to find a reason to keep people as long as possible . i was referred by my cardiologist simply to find a therapist and psyichiatrist to help with moderating drinking in order to make my blood pressure normall. Following an assessment, i was led to a room and ordered to undress and redress in scrubsl. after questioning why, i was told its part of screening. Wife had back surgery, they took all of her medication from her including blood pressure pills. 4 days in they tell her she has to request pain medication. Are you kidding me! Fusing back disc together and she doesn’t have pain? They failed to tell her in the beginning of there policy. The nurse would treat you like a kid. Update: Initially, I gave this doctor a positive review, but after several visits, my opinion has changed. Dr. Woodall has proven to be untrustworthy. He and the office manager, Cody, assured me repeatedly that I could appoint a proxy to collect my medication after my move, at least until I found a new doctor. Yet, when my medication was delivered to their office, they reneged on their promise. It seems they said whatever was necessary to dismiss me from the office. Now, due to their failure to honor their commitment, I am a... read more

He and the office manager, Cody, assured me repeatedly that I could appoint a proxy to collect my medication after my move, at least until I found a new doctor. Yet, when my medication was delivered to their office, they reneged on their promise. It seems they said whatever was necessary to dismiss me from the office. Cody, the office manager, exhibits very poor customer service. I would not recommend this medical practice to other patients. Additionally, be cautious of businesses that utilize Birdeye reviews, as further research reveals that it is a software that can be manipulated by the business. Dr. Woodall's office employs this system, which calls into question the trustworthiness of their ratings. Some rating systems cannot be trusted. such as Birdeye. Google reviews are more reliable
This place deserves 0 stars as my girlfriend admitted herself because of attempted suicide, and what they did was sedate her and put her in a crack recovery group. With no care for her words or feelings, and a bare room. Do not come here.
Terrible experience here. Extremely ill informed of treatment was given multiple medications with no knowledge of what I was given. Never even met the providers who prescribed them. NEVER seek treatment at Riverside, especially here. This place was an imprisonment except they charge your insurance and you!!! My partner wasn’t even given any knowledge of the treatment that was given. The entire facility was cold and you will be given thin blankets with holes that won’t keep you warm.
