To everyone don’t ever rent out their party place ( club house) bc you’ll never get your deposit back after renting it out… the lady I’m charge is liar … getting my attorney involved meanwhile they leave pizza box in their kitchen and food in their sink which I happen to clean out my self…. No chairs or tables were given to us ( was included with rental agreement).
It’s safe, with the State Troopers down the street, management does background checks. Clean and well kept.
Buy a unit here and it won’t be long until you start to notice what a mistake this is. No surveillance or security cameras anywhere, if you go to Haverstraw police station you will be told that this complex has a rap sheet of car thefts and vandalism and nothing has been done about it. Complex uses maintenance money to attract new buyers but cannot keep the ones that are here because it’s a headache to live here. Unfortunately Wallington is not accurate in his description of Gardens at Palisades. I have lived here for over 10 years and the frequency of vandalism is less than in other areas. There are no car thefts that I am aware of. Occasionally we have someone' s car vandalized as do other complexes. As for expenditures of maintenance the board has many things to spend their money on. Wallington had his car scratched twice and has a vindictive attitude because the board didn't immediately act on his request for security. As for the... read more
