It gives the homey and comfortable feeling once you stay here. Despite how it doesn't look that modern on the outside. It is worth the price you pay.
It’s a very comfortable and homey place to live. The facilities are limited due to the building’s age, but don’t let that discourage you. The apartments are much more spacious than any of the new glass towers, and the building is extremely well maintained, and management (Jon and Laura) is on top of any issues that may arise, while being very approachable and open to suggestions. I had such a great experience living at The Gardens. Located in a strategic area close to shopping, groceries, cafes, restaurants and just crossing the street you can find a peaceful place to relax at Botanic Gardens. Excellent location! About the property managers Laura and Jon they were always solicitous on any request that had. Highly recommend! Can’t beat the location and my room had been recently renovated and was perfect. Jon and Laura are the best and so attentive! Would move back in a heartbeat.
