Terrible experience after terrible experience. I cannot wait to move out of this place. For months we've had loud construction starting early in the morning and continuing all day, with absolutely zero warning and zero compensation for tenants who are expected to just live with the constant noise. My daughter lived in the apartment for two years, and I understand that some wear and tear on the paint is expected. Still, I don’t think it’s fair to be charged for repainting—especially since a fresh coat would likely be applied for the next tenant anyway. I hoped the owners would take that into consideration, but unfortunately, I was still charged. Based on my experience, it seems the deposit may be used to cover costs throughout the apartment, with little chance of getting it back. So, I’d recommend thinking twice before... read more
