We came on a Sunday evening and after 10 minutes had to ask someone for menus and water. After ordering our food we waited another 45 minutes and had to ask for it. While waiting another family came and after 15 minutes of not being waited on decided to leave. Food was ok. Kid's Mac n' cheese was cold, husband's Philly cheese steak didn't have cheese on it.
