We hired them to mow our front and back lawn weekly all summer. They were great until October when they failed to come the first two weeks of October, when they finally responded to our calls and emails they sent a crew out for week #3 saying that we were missed by accident. We asked for a partial refund for the first two weeks missed, and they said they would look into it. After my original Review the Owner of The Gardener contacted us to let us know they had some staffing changes and that they were not being made aware of our issues . They have returned to site and are fixing all the deficiencies and are standing behind there . Well apparently we jumped the gun on editing our review and after Rob the owner assured me he would correct the work we still have not seen them back . We had them here last year to put in a french drain and new fence. Did a great job, showed up on time, friendly guys. Hired them again for building a new set of stone front steps in a steep/weird space after trying to build some ourselves, team did a great job on the design and installation and made sure to remove the steps we tried to build in a way so we can reuse the wood. Great having the same guys back from last year, will definitely work with them again.

The Gardener has the best sales people you will every meet,but beware that what you may consider a fix price is just a proposal and will not reflect the cost at the end of the project . Had a large project done that took several months and the on-site workers were great but the project management teem failed to communicate the full scope of work resulting in extra cost as well as incomplete scopes of work .After the work was finished discovered that the debris that was to be removed as part of the contract was hidden in the ... read more
