The service was great and the person who gave me the facial should get 5 stars. She was awesome. However, the space was a problem to me. It looked unkept and the bathroom was a mess (the broom and some messy stuff sitting in a corner). The sink was full with water and was clogged -it was impossible to wash hands. It is great to be proud to be a "black queer woman owner" as you broshure reads, however, that does not mean as much as how the business you own is ran. I am sorry but I will not come back. p.s. Great service and very friendly. I like the atmosphere and the location was perfect. Easy to pay and set up another appointment.
