The smaller groups were very helpful to me as they provided a more relaxed and personal setting. There was less to do and more opportunities to get involved with staff and other program participants. I was able to leave feeling more confident and committed to my recovery, as all were supportive during my stay.
I did very well with the smaller group format. It was simpler to be engaged in discussions, to learn from others, to make connections. Staff were warm, encouraging and helpful when asked questions. I left with a renewed sense of confidence and resilience in my healing journey.
The one thing that comes to mind is the smaller group setting. This helped to stimulate the conversation and ease facilitation. I always felt valued and supported in a positive setting set up by the staff. At the time of the completion of the program, I felt much better prepared to continue with my recovery.
It was very personal with the smaller groups. I was able to express my ideas, ask questions and make connections with others in the program. Staff were good at engaging with pupils and were concerned with their progress. I left with renewed confidence in my journey to recovery.
