Terrible management, unreliable delivery service. Our route is not receiving service due to the carrier being out sick. There is no backup deliverers available. I can be understanding of that, except customer service representatives have told me I have to call daily to insure our account is credited for non-delivery. Why do I have to waste time using their ridiculous automated phone system and be placed on hold for an unreasonable amount of time just to tell a worker something they should already know?
