I was here to pick up a quick dinner on a work trip. I was hungry and it was nearing closing time so I ordered 2 burgers to go. I called in the order. As I was waiting, the woman behind the service counter was on her phone the entire time and then handed me my bag. I thought the transaction was done. Only later did I find out this woman added a $20 tip to herself from my credit card for simply handing me the bag. A $20 (38%) tip, stolen from a consumer who was simply picking up a to go order is horrendous!
Food was AMAZING!!!
