I would never hire The Garden Gnomes again period. They screwed the drainage system installed, not experience enough to complete the work. The Garden Gnomes connected the neighbor drainage pipe to my pipes, and it was going out of one drainpipe. During the process of connecting my neighbor drainage no one never asked for permission.
