The venue is beautiful, but rude, unprofessional staff and poor communication ruined the experience. Management needs serious improvement in hospitality and accountability.
Venue was beautiful that was about it. Besides that the owner was very unprofessional and rude. Communication was very poor and when they did communicate it was in a very bad manner. They need to learn how to speak to people. But besides that God don’t like ugly. And they need to take accountability for their actions. As a company if you can’t take constructive criticism it says a lot about you guys as a business.
Very deserving of a one star. The only reason I’m kind enough to do so is because the Venue it self was beautiful and that is all. The owners and staff were very aggressive rude and disrespectful towards myself and my family. Highly unprofessional. My niece had a wedding there early august and the experience was not as enjoyable as it should have been.
Owner was very rude from the start - he was Wayyy Too agressive. extra vigilant not sure why or what .. owner should learn how to work with customers - especially in a place where people are celebrating . If you don’t like your job then quit. Anyhow we made the best of it . bartender lady was great .
The wedding setup itself was absolutely beautiful stunning décor and an overall A1 5star presentation. Unfortunately, the experience with the owner and staff was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as if we were an inconvenience, almost like the gum on their shoe. I even spoke directly to the owner, and he was just as rude and very dismissive, which really put a damper on what should have been a joyful occasion. Beautiful venue, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.
