Well they order a service and then take the $2.00 tip back after goods are delivered. Yes you did sir !! I have the screen shot to prove it !! What a low budget .. business man you are . In the future when I see your order come up . I will cancel you every single time !! Do better ! Your wedding packages start at $4,900.00 ! What’s a $2.00 Tip ?
Took us a while to write a review (3 months to be exact) A very special thanks to Lorraine, Alfredo and their staff for making our wedding ceremony amd reception a memorable one! Let me start by saying that my daughters Baby Shower was the most absolute beautiful and special day we have ever experienced, and it was all possible because of Lorraine and Alfredo at The Garden Ballroom. We had a very disappointing experience with this business. During our visit, we asked questions about additional charges, and while we were given a contract that same day, the owners informed us the next day that they no longer wanted our business. This sudden decision, after we had already begun making plans, was extremely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I cannot recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
Lorraine and her team are the utmost professional wedding event coordinators and we couldn't be more happy with the turnout of our Nov. 10th wedding we just had at The Garden Ballroom. From the communication, to the detailed meetings we had with Lorraine every step of the way to ensure our wedding went as planned - was very well coordinated on her behalf.
