This is one of our favorite spots! It's the perfect place to relax with the whole family—it's both dog-friendly and kid-friendly, which makes it easy for everyone to enjoy. Manager ignored patron who tried to explain laws around service animals. Kicked potential patron out because of their disability. Not right.
Unfortunately, I was discriminated against for having service animal. In order to work my dog needs to be off leash. For the minute we were there before the manager came to push us out, my service animal was working and didn’t leave my side and was heeling or in down stay. We were asked to leave despite the laws that are in place for those of us who need service animals. This type of discrimination is illegal.
