Visited the store shopping for a garage, asked for a price spoke to two gentleman that gave me different answers and walked out with still no price, this company could not be more unhelpful! I understand you have a limited radius of 80km or 100km depending which worker you ask. But absolutely zero flexibility in terms of helping customers. They told me “we do it all” but can’t afford to work with the customer. Waste of time!
Staff only wants to shuttle you into buying the specific products they have on site. They tell you they work with builders across the city. They don't. If you want to "buy" a garage from them, you're looking at a markup of 40% minimum. If you want a new garage, buy directly from your builders, not from them. They charge $12 for a tool hook you can get anywhere else for $4. "Management" in the store is notorious for upselling packages that you can get from their competition for 30% less.
