Very helpful staff. Super friendly. However: I paid almost $500 for a tow hitch. They called me and told me it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store they got my tow hitch in the ground and as I was carrying it to the car I realized it was very dusty and scratched up. I went to the clerk and he said the option was to return it and get a different one. Kind of crappy when we're in a time sensitive situation. I'm very disappointed that they'd sell something like that being such a high end truck part store 🤔

Great place, great people to talk too, they don't try to upsale ya, great prices, will be going back there real soon! This is my first year with snow tires. I didn't have a clue when I walked in there about snow tires, they helped me out beautifully,
Amazing service 10/10 the workers recommended me to put mobil 1 in my engine and they said that its a great lube. Mobil 1 was definitely the oil for me! also heres a pic of me and my friends inside the shop!!!!! best mechanic shop ive ever visited
Perfect Rim Install & Amazing Service! Had such a great experience at The Garage Huntsville! Cody took extra time to research and find the perfect black rims for my car, and they look amazing. Crystal at the front desk was super nice and knowledgeable, and made everything really easy. Every staff member we met through the process was super friendly and professional—you can tell they care about their customers. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be a long-time customer!
