Amazing service and communication. Staff really gets it, and despite having a lot to work on felt like I was fully informed and they fixed my bike in a timely manner. Always shocked at how inexpensive it is as well!
Recently ordered the Segway GT3 Pro. Shawn was super helpful throughout the whole order process and actually hand delivered my GT3 to me the day after he received them. Would definitely do business with this shop again.
This is a great business focused on their customers and the experience they have. I called The Garage today and after I dialed I realized they didn't open for another 15 minutes or so. So, I hung up. Unbelievably, they called me right back (like 30 seconds) to see what I needed. I explained I thought that I needed to bring my son's bike in as his motor wouldn't engage. Rented a e-bike from here. They were very friendly and helpful. The Gazelle ebike had never been ridden. Cinci has some great trails - and they are centrally located.
These guys are awesome, great experience! Totally recommend the riverfront tour.
