This shop & service is a local TREASURE! We have an excellent other shop/service near us (& we DO work with them), but we go the extra miles to OTR Garage - Sean is super, and ditto the other comments on Josh's care & great tech work. Selection is mind-boggling, prices so fair. My Dutchie Gazelle T-10 is a good friend.
Had a great experience at this shop. Josh was super helpful and detailed in getting my bike fixed at a quick pace.
My wife and I took the tour of Spring Grove Cemetery. It was a great tour. We learned so much about this Cincinnati treasure. It has such a rich history. The staff was fantastic. They answered all our questions. They were very patient as we had never ridden a Segway before. We received good training and felt very safe during the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning about Spring Grove Cemetery or trying out a Segway.
