I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Right from the moment I called, Candice had my truck looked at for a transmission leak within 15 minutes, which is truly a rarity these days. She was also able to set up an appointment within a few days to fix the issue and take care of a set of new tires. It's clear that they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I’d like to give a huge shout out to The Garage in North East Maryland! Unexpected vehicle repairs are never welcomed, unfortunately they come. Thanks to Justin and Candice for their exceptional customer service, Joe the shop manager for his explanation of work performed. My first visit to the Garage was a seamless experience. “You never get a second chance to make a first impression!"

Called to see if they’d weld on my new Greddy muffler and said they don’t install customer supplied parts? Am I supposed to sell my brand new in the box muffler and have them buy me one just to tack on prices? Yea ok. I understand not using a customer supplied timing kit, but refusing exhaust work is just lazy.

Great experience working with the Guys and Candice. Was able to schedule and fit in oversized (38") offroad tires to be mounted and balanced.

The garage was the greatest. My car runs well. They did a excellent job of fixing the problem and getting it back on the road. Take your car there for excellent service and great people.
