I hurt my back(not at the establishment) and told the owner I will be cancelling for a few months to recover after my procedure. He acknowledged. Unfortunately I was ONE DAY late on sending the email and got charged an extra month. At that point I haven’t used services for 3 weeks so I expected some grace and considering that I was returning, him putting that money towards my membership when I would have restored would have ensured not only my return, but my kid as well. My 12 year old son has been going here for a couple of months now and he loves it. He looks forward to coming here. It has boost his confidence, focus, and already see a change in his muscle tone. The owner is easy going and good with kids.
Owner Jonathan has a great venture here at The Garage, KickBoxing. My grandson is in a class of 4 or 5 other kids. Jonathan has proven to be an excellent instructor, with a great amount of patience with my grandson's class. We're very pleased to have enrolled our grandson here.
The classes were great. I attended them at the location in Calera,AL three days a week until I had to stop going. While trying to cancel my membership I had to send multiple emails to the person over billing and she never responded. I also had to leave messages with two different people because everyone claimed she was the only one who could cancel it.
