Awesome trainers. Lost close to 80 pounds since starting here and learned how to punch stuff!
I am not a member. I can only comment on their kids kickboxing classes. My oldest two are enrolled here and they love it. Patrick is an awesome instructor. The staff is friendly and helpful and the kids are really learning while they're there. Highly recommended.
Been here a little over a month and enjoying it. Lost almost 15 pounds and learning how to fight while at it. Coaches are super friendly and welcoming👍
