Rick responded very quickly to our call for assistance when our sectional garage door control failed to operate. After requesting photos of the existing installation and reviewing possible causes of the failure by Rick, I decided to ask for replacement quote options for the very old unit. Soon after the quote acceptance Lucas came and replaced our motor control unit in an hour. Quick and efficient service.

Great experience from start to finish with stephen coming to the house with his mobile showroom to help us with choosing the right two Neo doors and colour with motors also quote which was good. The next step was the time frame for the doors to be manufactured that was exceptional two weeks. The day of installation Lucas turned up on time then Cameron followed with the doors, they had two doors with motors fully installed in under two hours well done boys!!! I would have no hesitation in recommending The Garage Guys.
